(hereinafter referred to generally as "FFRI"), aware of its important social responsibility to appropriately protect personal information, strictly upholds all related laws and regulations and, having laid out the Privacy Policy below, strives to appropriately handle and protect personal information. FFRI also holds periodic audits to confirm that operations to protect personal information are being carried out properly.

Personal Information Management

FFRI has appointed a person responsible for managing personal information, and carries out strict management to prevent any unauthorized usage within our company. Furthermore, to prevent unauthorized access from outside the company as well as the loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, or the like of personal information, FFRI implements technical measures and has arranged a safety management structure to protect personal information.
FFRI strives to keep the personal information we receive as accurate and recent as possible.
FFRI educates and spreads awareness regarding the appropriate handling of personal information to all executives and employees engaged in our company's business.
FFRI may share personal information with a third party or subcontract work that involves personal information, such as information processing, to an external contractor. In such a case, FFRI signs the necessary contract with the work subcontractor, and carries out appropriate management and supervision.
FFRI shall not disclose or provide personal information to a third party other than the cooperating users or work subcontractors mentioned in Paragraph 4 above without the consent of the person to whom the information is relevant, with the exception of the following cases.
Cases where an official agency, such as a court or police agency, requests disclosure based on laws or regulations.
Emergency cases where there is impending danger to a person's life, health, property, or the like.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

FFRI determines a clear purpose of use within the scope of business we carry out, and collects personal information through appropriate means. FFRI uses personal information within the scope necessary to accomplish the purpose of usage. FFRI shall never use personal information outside of the determined purpose of usage unless we receive approval from the person to whom the information is relevant or said person's legal representative. 2. Sending security information related to FFRI products or services
3. Sending information for products or services from other companies related to FFRI products or services
4. Sending information related to seminars, exhibitions, campaigns, or the like held, sponsored, supported, or attended by FFRI
5. Providing support service for FFRI products or services
6. Sending notification related to contract renewals, billing, and payments for FFRI products or services
7. Sending other business-related notification from FFRI to customers
8. Making public announcements where FFRI statistically processes personal information that cannot be used to identify the customer's identity then aggregates and analyzes said information for a survey result summa
9. Sending notification to applicants to FFRI's job opportunities.
10. Responding to any other inquiries, requests, or the like of FFRI

Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

If there is a request from the person to whom the information is relevant or said person's legal representative to disclose, correct, or delete the personal information, FFRI first appropriately performs identity verification, then earnestly responds to the request in accordance with the intent of the law through our determined procedure.
